Data security

User registration requirement to get Limood's Chauffeur service

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the information they provide to Limood's on behalf of themselves or someone else is complete and accurate.

 

Terms of Service and Cancellation policies

Transfer trips and Hourly chauffeured car rental

1-Transfers

    1. For one-way or two-way transfer services, the price given in the system is valid for the starting and leaving route chosen by the user. Limood's has the right to charge additional fees for extra breaks or stops.

 

2-Hourly reservations

It provides a service to travel within the municipality you have booked. If you have purchased hourly rental service in a municipality (city), this service must be provided within that municipality. You cannot travel to another city.

2.1. Airport transfer service is not included in the selected time for hourly reservations. If airport transfer will be made outside of the hourly reservation service, you must pay this transfer fee extra.

2.2. Hourly journeys should always end in the municipal area of ​​the pickup location. The hourly reservation starts from the time you choose.

 

3-Vehicle Class Changing Request

3.1 There are 7 class vehicle options in the system, including Economy, Comfort, Business, Premium Minibus, Premium, First, Minibus. When customers make reservation for Business class and wants to upgrade the class later, it requires an extra fee. If the Business class vehicle that you reserved is not available, the company can replace it with a higher model.

 

4-Luggage Capacities and Pet Transportation

4.1. In the description section of the vehicles listed on the reservation screen, there is information about the luggage capacities. If the extra conditions such as excess luggage, large luggage, pets, etc. has not mentioned on the additional comment section during the booking, the customer will be charged for extra fee on that transportation.

4.2 Transport of children: Users who want a child seat must specify it at the time of booking in the additional comment section.

4.3 The number of guests and baggage capacities stated in the vehicles that are mentioned are estimations, although not certain. If the driver states that the baggage dimensions and the number of guests would be in a dangerous condition, they may refuse to carry the guests or their baggage.

 

Refusal of Carriage

If there is no correct comment or given information by the user such as in the paragraph 4.1 - 4.2 - 4.3, the carriage may be refused. Therefore, no refund will be made in accordance with this agreement made with the user by Limood's.

 

5-Cancellations, Change of the reservation, No-show

5.1 In Transfers, the reservation can be canceled 4 hours before the agreed pick-up time. And 100% of the fee paid by the user will be refunded. If there is less than 4 hours before the transfer time, the user would not get the refund.

5.1.2 When the user purchases the instant chauffeur service, the user can cancel within 10 minutes from the scheduled time and request a refund of the fee. No refund will be made in case of more than 10 minutes from the scheduled reservation time.

5.2 For hourly reservations, if there is 24 hours or more left from the agreed pick-up time, the user will be refunded 100% of the price that has been paid. If there is less than 24 hours from the agreed pickup time, the user will not be refunded.

5.3 In case of reservation changes, if the user decided on the pick-up time, and date and then wants to change the pick-up time and date, Limood's may claim compensation according to availability.

5.4 Transfer services and Hourly Rentals

The trip is considered unused if the user or passenger has not arrived at the agreed pickup point after the agreed pickup time without cancellation, after the booked hours have expired. If a customer does not come, the full fare must be paid.

If a customer does not arrive after the agreed time (max. waiting time for airport and long-travel train stations 60 min, for hotels or personal addresses 15 min), the full fare must be paid, but any additional charges for waiting time would not be applied.

5.5 Waiting Times for Transfers

In case of airport or train station (excluding long-distance train stations), there is no extra charge for waiting time up to 60 minutes after the agreed pick-up time when the flight and train is delayed or earlier flights and trains are possible. Delay of the scheduled pickup time by up to the scheduled time between the scheduled arrival time and the original pickup time, and in all other cases up to 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time. Each additional waiting time will be calculated as a flat rate including VAT, based on the hourly reservation prices of the specific municipal area and vehicle category.

5.6 In Hourly Reservations, the kilometers limit and specified time are taken into account. Exceeding the hour and extra kilometers are subject to an additional fee including VAT and are calculated according to the price per kilometer of the relevant municipality area and the vehicle category.

 

5.5 Behaviors of the Customer in the Vehicle

Smoking is prohibited in vehicles. If the user or guest does not take this into account, they are not only responsible for paying the cleaning costs of the vehicle, but are also responsible for compensating the loss of work caused by the vehicle's downtime. Alcohol consumption in the vehicle can be done with prior permission.

 

6. Compensations

In addition, multilingual driver, individual vehicle labeling, additional stops, bulky luggage, car seats for children, etc. Special requests, such as reserved, may cause the price to increase.

 

7.Payment Terms & Transaction Fees

7.1 The user makes the payments by credit card through the system. In the case of bank transfer payments, the differences in transaction fees are the responsibility of the user.

For each payment reminder, Limood's may impose an appropriate fine.

For outstanding credit card debts, Blacklane collects accrued charges (bank, credit card company) from the User and reserves the right to charge an appropriate per-incident processing fee.

7.2 Payment by credit card is made alongside. When paying by bank transfer, the payment date specified on the invoice must be followed.

 

8.Discount Coupons

Discount coupons are used between the specified dates. Coupons are not combined with other coupons. These coupons are not converted into cash.

 

9. Accuracy of Information and Liability

Limood's is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the user. In addition, Limood's User is not responsible for all claims and expenses, including appropriate attorneys' fees, directed to Limood's for any use of the user that violates the contract or violates these Terms.

Limood's grants the User a conditional and revocable right to use Limood's Tools as intended by complying with these Terms. Any use beyond this (modifications, copies, republishing, transfers, distribution or other improper purposes) is prohibited.

Limood's Agreement may change its contents. If the user, who has become a member after uploading the new terms to the website, does not object to these terms within 15 days, the new terms will apply.

 

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of disagreement of the contract between Limood's and the User, the Federal Laws of the United States of America apply to all legal relationshipsLegal binding jurisdictions remain unaffected.
